Signalling System for HORC :-

The Signalling plays an important role in ensuring safe Train operations and maximizing the utilization of fixed and moving assets (Train rakes, locos, Track, Over Head Power Equipment etc.) through interlocking, which is the single most important aspect for ensuring safe train running.Signalling installation will consist of following Systems: -

  1. Electronic Interlocking (EI) system
  2. Data Logger
  3. Point Machines
  4. Multiple Aspect Color Light Signalling System (MACLS)
  5. Train Detection System
  6. Absolute Block Working
  7. Power Supply System

Telecommunication System for HORC :-

  1. Optical fiber Cable (OFC) -based communication system for complete section from Palwal to Harsana Kalan along with existing station Connectivities.
  2. Public  address (PA) system at all stations.
  3. 25W VHF Communication System at all stations.
  4. 5W Walkie-Talkie for operational and maintenance staff at all stations.
  5. GPS based digital clocks at all stations.
  6. Emergency socket at every Km in the entire section
  7. One ISDN/IP based 300-line Exchange at one major station.
