The Government of Haryana has the vision to develop the State as a major manufacturing/ export hub of Northern India. To fulfill this objective the State Government has been providing constant stimulus to manufacturing activity as well as promoting industry specific infrastructure such as Auto clusters, Export promotion park, Food Parks, etc. These initiatives by the State Government are being augmented through creation of additional capacity for rail freight transportation.

The Orbital Rail Corridor will link the major Industrial centers of Haryana in the National Capital region to various parts of the country, specially the ports, through economical, eco-friendly & bulk freight transport.
