मुख्य विशेषताएं
एचओआरसी परियोजना की कुल लंबाई लगभग 140 किमी (कनेक्टिविटी सहित) है, जिसमें से 95 किमी केएमपी एक्सप्रेसवे के साथ अधिकतम अनुमेय गति 140 किमी प्रति घंटे होगी।
एचओआरसी 5 जिलों यानी पलवल, नूंह, गुरुग्राम, झज्जर से होकर गुजरेगा |
न्यू पलवल, सिलानी, सोहना, धूलावत, चंदला डूंगरवास, मानेसर, न्यू पाटली, बड़सा, देवरखाना, बादली, मंडोठी, जसुरखेड़ी, खरखोदा किरहोली जैसे 14 नए क्रॉसिंग स्टेशन एचओआरसी लाइन पर प्रस्तावित हैं।
हरियाणा सरकार केएमपी एक्सप्रेस-वे के दोनों ओर पांच नए शहर विकसित करेगी और इस क्षेत्र का नाम होगा पंचग्राम
एचओआरसीएल परियोजनाओं के लाभ
एचओआरसीएल राज्य के विकास में भागीदारी करेगी। यह भारत सरकार की पहल को नए व्यावसायिक अवसरों में बदलने में एक उत्प्रेरक के रूप में कार्य करेगा।

Direct movement of goods will reduce the trade cost & make goods more competitive in market.
Travel time for goods to reach ports or their destination will be significantly reduced.
Anticipated passenger traffic is 22kpersons per day for the starting year.
Increase in efficiency of the overall supply & distribution chain will increase the shelf life of perishable items.
The requirement of trains for handling traffic shifted from road to rail is anticipated to be 2 trains/ day.

Availability of better services & reduced cost of transportation will influence the location/ relocation of firms.
Reduce carbon footprint of freight transport
