- No claim certificate from contractors
- Kindly ensure that security deposit wherever called for has been paid.
- Kindly ensure that any amendments in the contract/ agreement like extension of completion period, enhancement of quantities, etc. have been approved.
- Kindly ensure that the Government regulatory certificate numbers viz. PAN, GST are furnished on the bill.
- Important documents such as Guarantee/ warranty certificate, Test certificate, Inspection report/ Performance Guarantee bond/ Indemnity Bond, etc., should have been furnished by the contractor.
- Bank Guarantee submitted should not be expired one.
- Kindly ensure bank account details for making payments via NEFT/ RTGS is provided with.
