General Consultancy Services
The General Consultant shall be a proactive partner of HRIDC in successful implementation of the project. RFP for General Consultancy Services has been issued to the shortlisted consultants & the tender has been opened on 02.12.2020.
The services of General Consultant will include the following:
- Critical study of DPR of HORC & value addition over & above provisions of these studies
- Project management & monitoring
- Preparation of procurement strategy & bid process management for selection of Contractors, Suppliers, Detailed Design Consultants, etc.
- Activities related to contract management
- Testing, trials, statutory approvals & commissioning
- Knowledge transfer, capacity building of HRIDC
- Support during Operation &Maintenance phase & Defect Liability Period
- Ensure compliance to Social & Environmental safeguard measures & to national laws & regulations & AIIB Environmental & Social policy.
- Other important & enabling services.
